    Do I really never need to visit the UAE?

    Company formation, the lease, your business address and payment processing are done fully remotely. Most banks can onboard via video KYC; we'll tell you upfront which options suit a fully remote setup. A residence visa requires a short visit for medicals and biometrics.

    Can foreigners own 100% of a UAE company?

    Yes. Free zone companies and most mainland activities allow 100% foreign ownership.

    Which bank will my company use?

    We work with all major UAE banks — conventional, Islamic and digital. We recommend the bank most likely to approve your profile and activity, and prepare your application.

    Do I need good credit to get a payment processor?

    No. The processors we work with approve based on your business model, website and documents — not your personal or company credit history.

    Do I need to choose a free zone or emirate?

    No. We choose the right setup for your business and your bank and payment approvals. You just tell us what you sell.

    How long does setup take?

    Licensing often takes a few days; bank accounts take longer depending on the bank and your profile. You'll get a realistic timeline in your consultation.

    What do you need from me?

    Passport copy, photo, proof of address and details of your business activity. Banks may also ask for a business plan or source-of-funds documents — we help prepare them.

    What about tax?

    The UAE has no personal income tax. Corporate tax is 9% on taxable profit above AED 375,000, and qualifying free zone income can be taxed at 0%. VAT is 5%. We handle registrations and filings.
